Sanhua Holding Group Holds 2018 Annual Meeting

On January 19, Sanhua Holding Group 2018 annual meeting was held in Xinchang Meizhu Industry Park. The meeting was hosted by assistant president Mr. Andrew Weng. More than 500 Sanhua people attended this meeting, including board members, dle and senior managers, as well as representative of grass-roots staff and new graduates.

The meeting is to conclude 2017 annual business, and analyze macro-economy and industry, then put forward business plan in 2018.

Mr. Zhang Yabo elaborated comprehensively on 2017 business of Sanhua Holding Group in his report firstly.

Mr. Zhang Yabo said: International trade and investment have rebounding because of global economic upswing. In 2017, Sanhua Holding Group made a new breakthrough in business performance, marketing, technology innovation, globalization and so on; Sales revenue and profit hit a rec high; Tax contribution continued to grow; SANHUA’s world-leading position in HVAC&R industry is more firmly; The first-mover advantage in EV thermal management is further expanded; SANHUA was invited to participate in B20 Summit and UN Science-Policy-Business Forum on the Environment that SANHUA’s voice was heard on the international stage.

Afterwards, Heads of Sanhua Residential, Sanhua Commercial, Sanhua Micro-channel, Sanhua Inverter Controller, Sanhua Aweco, Sanhua Home Appliance, Sanhua Automotive, Sanhua R&D center, as well as Investment Business (including Real Estate Business) delivered their reports respectively about 2017 annual review and 2018 business plan.

 Lastly, Mr. Zhang Daocai made an important speech to make an evaluation on 2017 business and give instructions to 2018 business. Firstly, Mr. Zhang Daocai congratulates 2017 SANHUA achievements SANHUA employee’s hard work was fully recognized. And he hopes that SANHUA members fight struggle with the leadership of Mr. Zhang Yabo and for greater achievements in 2018.
